Marrakech is a playground for the senses

Cultural monuments, sports, and fantastic shopping are all part of a visit to Marrakech

Marrakech offers something for everyone. Whether you are interested in a cultural holiday and visiting the monuments, or one that is dedicated to pampering and pleasure, or a day on the links, Marrakech has it all. With our dedicated concierge team ready to help you plan out any aspect of your stay, we are standing by to help make your holiday in Marrakech an unforgettable one.

The golf courses are world-renowned. With preferential access to many of the local golf courses, and the very best just 5 to 10 minutes away, make Dar Les Cigognes the base for a golf holiday. With easy street access, you have the best of both worlds - making it easy to come and go by car to the links, but also in the cultural heart of Marrakech's ancient medina.

The mountains are also only 45 minutes away and offer incredible and breathtaking opportunities for trekking or for just a day trip, with a lunch spent in a mountain aerie. Watching the sun rise over the desert at dawn is an experience you will likely never forget. Skiing at the nearby station of Ouakaimden is a site to behold, where many of the locals ski in their djellabas.

Marrakech has become a shopper's paradise. While the souks are filled with a great variety of handicrafts and wonderful gifts, carpets, etc, there are an increasing number of craftsmen and artists working to produce items that would not look out of place in the grandest home or the most fashionable wardrobe. Let us share with you our secret addresses.

The dining scene is increasingly cosmopolitan, with a great number of excellent French and Italian restaurants to complement the many Moroccan restaurants which offer everything from street food to the most opulent dining straight out of 1,001 Arabian Nights.

There is no shortage of things to do and places to see; Marrakech is a playground for the senses.
